School for Kids in Laos Inc. is a registered charity and humanitarian organisation with one simple mission: building schools for children in rural regions of Laos who are in critical need of an adequate learning environment.
Join us on Sunday 26th June 2011 at the exquisite Saran Rom Restaurant in Imperial Wharf, London, to enjoy an evening of fine South East Asian dining by:
“Award winning Lao Chef Vienne Senathit from Spain´s five star “Fairplay Golf Hotel & SPA”, a member of “The Leading Hotels of the World” and winner of the World Travel Awards “World´s Leading Boutique Golf Resort 2009 & 2010 ” and “Spain´s Leading SPA Resort 2009 & 2010.”

Your palates will be tantalised by a lavish 5 course "nouvelle Lao cuisine" meal and you will be treated to traditional Lao entertainment including live dances and musical performances. In between courses a Lao fashion show will take place and to close the evening we will have the charity raffle and auction, followed by a special performance from British Lao singer Phousa Thiraphouth.

You will also have the opportunity to explore the 'Talat Laing' (Lao Night Market) so make sure you bring some spare cash and in typical Lao style, be prepared to haggle for traditional Lao arts and crafts!

Our heritage of Lao culture, language and way of life has brought us together to form a central hub to promote and bring together all those inspired by the Laotian culture.
